Job Description

About the In-Store Project Coordinator role:

  • Coordinating department's In-Store projects.
  • Follow up of special projects, ensuring meeting of deadlines, updating and preparing store materials and questionnaire instructions for the data collectors
  • Checking of data of products, prices, photos and other survey materials, delivering final data to other departments
  • Starting of new projects, coordination with Client Service colleagues, writing of instructions, designing of questionnaires, conducting pilot tests, uploading data templates to internal softwares, providing materials for data collectors
  • Checking of costs of surveys, preparing of regular cost totals, and applying of any directives for cost effectiveness
  • Quality assurance of collected data (eg. products, prices, photos): checking for missing or incorrect items and ensuring the correction of mistakes
  • Communication with vendors who provide data collecting services
  • Preparing and sending working time and travel reports for data collectors
  • Provide help for the DA Leader and Senior Auditor in the planning of data collectors’ schedule
  • Technical support for data collectors with applications and devices

About the Data Acquisition Team: 

The Data Acquisition Team operates with 20 data collectors from all regions in Hungary. The data collectors visit retailers (from small independent stores to hypermarkets) on a regular basis and record prices or other data in order to create an up-to-date data base. The team also conducts price watching and store observation projects for clients (retailers and manufacturers) and other special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Hungarian language native / bilingual proficiency, English language working proficiency 
  • MS Excel knowledge required
  • Interest in coordinating in-store observation projects without direct people management
  • Interest/experience in the FMCG industry 
  • Location - Hungary (Budapest)
