About the job

Intelligent Analytics Consultant is a commercially minded individual that will manage Price & Promotion analytics projects for Middle East Africa region. The individual will be required to manage the day-to-day relationship with key client stakeholders and be comfortable in presenting data to a senior audience. Also, it will be important to manage internal stakeholders to deliver on key projects within the unit, as well as develop a sales pipeline to build and maintain client revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Work as a part of an international project team that helps FMCG clients optimize their pricing and promotion activities
  • Use NielsenIQ tools and methodologies to build answers to business questions from the market data
  • Convert analysis results into a business-focused and actionable client report
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to the client in a presentation
  • Coordinate project execution between teams of technical experts

About you

You’ve dabbled in Price & Promotion analytics. You have the communication chops to translate it all into conversation or presentations. While you may have worked with global cross-functional teams, you can also put your head down and focus on independent projects. Seeing the big picture takes attention to details. You know what’s happening in big data and you’re ready to influence what’s next.

 

Qualifications

  • University Master degree in Economics/Mathematics/Management
  • 0-2 year’s previous FMCG / research or consulting agency experience would be a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and numerical reasoning
  • Excellent effective presentation, relational and communication skills
  • Focused on helping the client win in the market
  • Ability to travel to deliver insights and recommendations presentations across region
  • Fluent in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English (another Language knowledge would be an asset)
