Are you a self-starter anxious to make a name for yourself in a fast-growing company that rewards good ideas? If you answered yes to these questions, NielsenIQ may be the company for you.
About this job
NielsenIQ is seeking an inquisitive mind who enjoys uncovering thought-provoking insights using qualitative and quantitative data to both inform and enable confident business decisions. In this role, you will play a key role in our Competitive Intelligence & Insights team, and as a part of our larger Revenue Operations organization will directly support improving both efficiency and effectiveness for our commercial organization. The insights and foresights you uncover in this role will feed commercial strategy by leveraging an understanding of our clients, benchmarking ourselves against our key competition, and keeping an eye to future trends. Strong collaboration with Product, Technology, Marketing functions and confidence in executive-level communication will also be critical to success. Your days will be filled with research, consulting and insight activation sessions that fuel innovation pipeline, competitive strategy, commercial activity, external communications and more.
You will thrive in this role if you enjoy working:
In a less-structured, fast-paced environment with space for invention and creativity
In a matrixed organization, with stakeholders across multiple departments, time zones and cultures
On both long-term and short-term projects, balancing both strategic and tactical priorities simultaneously
With data and insights rather than solely with opinions
As an entrepreneur at heart, where there is very little standard for business as usual
To empower teams in making confident strategic business decisions that impact company direction
In an agile, multi-faceted environment where priorities can shift quickly
On research, analysis, synthesis and reporting, insights socialization, competitive monitoring and alerts, and activation of competitive strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of equivalent working experience in a B2B environment (commercial and/or product experience preferred), Bachelor's degree preferred
A demonstrated ability to think and act strategically, delivering impactful, consultative analyses that drive business outcomes
A servant leadership style that is obsessed with exceeding the needs of their key stakeholders while always acting in the best interests of NIQ
Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and keen ability to ensure business critical objectives are met
Skilled at building strong working relationships with team members in varying departments and senior levels of management
Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Excellent written, verbal and active listening skills
Our Benefits
Flexible working environment
Health insurance
