Business Unit: RI - Small & Medium Business (SMB)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Conduct the feasibility and availability as per the client requirements for categories
  2. Prepare the costing for the RMS scope
  3. Creating the proposals for the client basis the scope received
  4. Pitching to the new client and explaining them the NIQ products and offerings / selling
  5. Coordination with the internal teams on the delivery and database frequency
  6. Following up with the client on the proposals shared
  7. Prepare the contract for the client
  8. Ensuring the agreed deliverables are shared with the client as per the contract to ensure the revenue is recognized as per the billing terms
  9. Handling the client queries and ensuring the internal teams adhere to the SLAs with the client
  10. Hunting for new clients to meet the revenue target

  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
  • 4-7 years  of experience  in sales & client management

Preference:

  • Bilingual (English & Arabic speaker)
