Job Description
- Good analytical & strategic mind with robust business acumen.
- Drive operational performance & process improvements, Update and maintain project documentation
- Highly Customer Centric and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders for a high Customer satisfaction index.
- People Management: Foster teamwork & Collaboration, Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement. a) Accountable and responsible for managing BAU set up, b)Resolution of client queries using defined processes while ensuring clear and transparent communication, c)
- Demonstrate proficiency in technology platforms, mentor & coach associates to develop ability to support Client Delivery
- Laision and ensure to be the point of contact for Operations Lead, Client liaison team/ MINOC Lead wherever applicable
- Responsible to monitor the activity of the team with the right set of KPIs
- Responsible to mitigate risk and collaborate with the relevant stake holders for seamless execution
Qualifications
- 5 years of operational experience
- 7-10 years of People Management experience (team of 20-40 people)
- Good Analytical and business communication.
- Problem-solving, ability to understand and analyze data
- Ability to train and explain technical elements to different stakeholders
- Process improvement methodologies
- Project management skills - ability to accurately scope project requirements, manage stakeholder expectation
