Company Description
Summary:
This position will lead the corporate FP&A team and provide strategic oversight of corporate and enterprise financial planning and analysis. Develop and drive the strategy and processes for the financial planning and analysis in support of the broader finance strategy. This is a high-profile position that will work closely with the CFO, Executive Leadership team, and the Global Finance leadership team.
Responsibilities:
Lead the annual Operating Plan and monthly/quarterly forecasting processes, including assisting the leadership team in the development of targets.
Ensure consistent monthly, quarterly and annual communication of results, forecasts and action plans to BOD, executive leadership and investors.
Drive consolidated global reporting, enhanced financial performance visibility and standardized cadence of financial deliverables. Drive consolidated management reporting and variance analysis across the enterprise for P&L and cash flow.
Work on the consolidation and creation of executive leadership presentations and development of content for leadership and board presentations.
Oversee and ensure the analysis of key business trends and issues at the enterprise level based on actual, forecasted and operating plan including the delivery of timely and accurate financial analysis for the Company.
Manage the Company P&L and ensure leadership has visibility into risks and opportunities.
Ensure strong financial discipline and guidance in support of strategic business decisions.
Develop global processes and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting and execution of financial planning.
Provide financial planning and analysis for Corporate Development/M&A.
Work on ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:
10+ years' experience in FP&A in a large global company.
Experience with a public company Board and IR.
Transformational mindset—always looking at ways to improve and leave things better.
Excellent quantitative and data visualization skills.
Strong written and communication skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities.
