Job Description

For our dynamic Input Operations team in Warsaw, we are looking for 

The Data Processing Specialist (Input Operations) 

This is an entry-level position for people who would like to start their career or change their professional path, and gain experience in the area of market research, data processing & analyzing.  

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES MIGHT INCLUDE 

  • Execute production activities of the assigned panel/industry in collaboration with other operational teams  
  • Be accountable for executing your tasks and data processing with a goal of delivering high quality and on-time data according to internal SLAs  
  • Perform data content reviews and processing on retailer data by utilizing appropriate platforms and tools  
  • Follow and monitor Data files flow   
  • Create and maintain process documentation  
  • Validate correctness of received data, identify outliers in the trends, and ensure proper corrections are made where appropriate 
  • Maintain statistical samples and expansion factors to ensure apt representation of the universe 
  • Investigate data inquiries /challenges with local teams  
  • Identify problems; determine root cause as well as short and long-term resolutions. Make recommendations for enhancements to internal NielsenIQ operational processes

You are our ideal candidate if you have strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, the need to reach irrefutable facts and conclusions. You will feel comfortable with us if you can work in a team, under strict deadlines, and with massive datasets.  

KEY QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED BY YOU  

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably technical fields)  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products - Excel mostly  
  • Knowledge of English is a must - written & spoken  

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Knowledge of FMCG - Industry & Technologies  
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Python, R would be an asset 
  • 1 year+ work experience

  • Work in hybrid mode: 3 days you work from home (home office), 2 days from the office (Modern office in a great location, next to Dworzec Gdański metro station). We provide all the necessary equipment to perform your duties from home
