Job Description

Maintain a client service orientation by managing the day-to-day administration of client service and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.

Responsibilities

  • Play a strong role in the delivery of projects across the entire process including the design of the questionnaire, analytical plan, and reporting
  • Work closely with the manager to gain feedback and ensure client needs are met
  • Liaise with the Project Management team involved to ensure smooth execution across all key stages in the project (Pre-field, in-field, and post field)
  • Manage fieldwork briefing & debriefing, fieldwork observation (when required), providing timely & regular updates to client
  • Provide client servicing on business questions and continue to build industry knowledge to gain expertise
  • Proactive in addressing possible red flags, takes initiative in providing solutions to any issues
  • Prepare code frames, tabulation specs, and the right charting template and submit them to the Data Processing team/ Chartist.
  • Conduct verbal presentations of the findings, either partial or full presentation to the client
  • Takes initiative in seeking resources/assistance, and makes corrections while ensuring the project is executed within the scheduled timeline and budget
  • Participate in regular review/feedback of systems, procedures, and any operation concerns with the end goal of improving productivity and cost-efficiency
  • Provide coaching & guidance to juniors in relevant project management topics
  • Perform other related functions that may be assigned
  • Drive overall client satisfaction to achieve a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) and a high-performing environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Relevant degree in Business analytics, marketing or business is desirable 
  • Fresh graduate or with 6 months/ 1 year experience in a market research agency. 
  • Background or experience in Social Media marketing/ monitoring is a plus - identifying valuable metrics, KPIs, social media benchmarks; performance reports creation; data interpretation from social listening tools such as volume, sentiment, conversion drivers, influences etc.  
  • Background in developing quantitative analyses, custom models and ad hoc reports to effectively monitor performance, trends, and opportunities for key brands within social media channels  
  • Strong command of cross-tabulation tools (e.g. SPSS) is a bonus. 
  • Proficient in at least one programming language, preferably Python or R 
  • Experience in data visualization platforms like Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI etc. 
  • Data Engineering or Data Analysis experience is a bonus 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint and Google Spreadsheet & Slides. 
  • Previous experience managing multiple projects 
  • Research and project management experience desired 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Experience in leading conference calls and dealing with clients 
  • High level of written and spoken English
