Hunter Sales — Caracas, Venezuela 

About this job 

Responsible for creating and applying a solid sales prospecting plan to attract clients to start conversation and consultancy about innovation, brand and product renovation and portfolio management 

Responsibilities 

  • Establish self as embedded strategic partner with clients, focused on full innovation system and fully 

  • Support of initiatives from the first stages to activation. 

  • Responsible for revenue targets and understanding of profit growth and contribution targets. 

  • Leads client meetings at all management levels, including conducting external presentations. 

  • Initiates programs to build client satisfaction and further develop the business, by starting meetings with new client contacts. 

  • ·Designs and estimates costs of new projects. 

  • Establishes ambitious standards of client deliverable, supplies support, recognition, and feedback to develop associates and support a dedicated team environment focused on exceeding internal and external clients requirements. 

  • Be able to adapt and customize NielsenIQ solutions to meet client and industry requirements, being involved in multidisciplinary teams to guarantee high quality and consultancy. 

  • Works to strategically meet and predict client needs, finding areas to grow client relationships and sell in new services. 

  • Meets revenue targets and grows relationships with clients. 

  • Ability to prospect and develop new relationships within assigned portfolio. 

  • Control of pipeline and use of CRM systems  

  • Understand client needs, client brief, sales pitch, and negotiation 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree. 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing/research/Innovation/sales or a related field. 

  • Knowledge of marketing research and in-market data. 

  • Knowledge and/or passion of/for the durable categories. 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

  • General knowledge of statistics, research techniques, and experimental procedures. 

  • Customer service and consultation skills. 

  • Organizational and multi-tasking skills. 

  • Account management. 

  • Oral and written communication skills. 

  • Comfortable working in a digital enabled environment with regional and international teams
