Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

eData Delivery Team builds solid and trustful relationships with data suppliers making sure that all incoming data has the proper quality and constant periodicity​ across countries​. They convert the data to the shape ​that fits the product. 

eData Delivery Team​ makes sure that Nielsen​IQ​ is well-known on all levels of electronic data providers IT service through tight interaction with them, and provides technical support speaking fluent IT-language​. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with raw retailers’, vendors' and ecomm's IT data and performing a set of validations on them
  • Cooperating with relailers', vendors' and ecomm's IT teams (personally and via mail), making sure proper results are delivered
  • Taking care of data quality and sustainability
  • Solving problems regarding data lake without fear and coming back with root causes and insights
  • Participating in global initiatives within the region
  • Being a team player and working closely with Execution Teams and Retailers 
  • Ability to explain NielsenIQ data foundation also before the data supplier decision-makers on face to face and online meetings

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU

You feel comfortable analyzing data from the angle of proper system requirements.

You find fun in developing simple tools ​to automate daily work with data. Contributing to the improvement of current systems by reporting quality validation results, trends and issues​ come naturally to you. You are not afraid about speaking to internal and external stakeholders. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree in Economical/Technical field is preferable
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Python
  • Previous experience in working with SQL
  • English min. B2
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Team player attitude 
  • Ability to lead several tasks simultaneously and deliver results.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
