ABOUT THIS JOB 
NielsenIQ works with clients to provide insights and thought leadership to drive their business and grow their portfolios. Our work helps Clients to understand consumers and shoppers via market research. 

As a Client Research Manager, your primary responsibility will be designing quantitative research solutions for complex briefs providing added value to client business needs and being a mentor for the quantitative team, inspiring and sharing expertise, and partnering with the CI Leader in strategic initiatives of business development.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • master and be passionate about the quantitative research practice,
  • provide support in the planning, monitoring, supervising as well as continuous guidance to the team members ensuring smooth execution of the projects, delivered at high-quality standards, within time and budget for all consumer insights projects,
  • stay up-to-date with NielsenIQ solutions (and not only) to further integrate them into practice,
  • support CI development in Digital research methods and successfully implement Digital research projects,
  • design differentiating and efficient solutions to clients' briefs to maximize the added value  that NielsenIQ brings to our clients; challenge the briefs for brighter outcomes,
  • design research tools, i.e. questionnaires and other materials,
  • coordinate with clients and the operations team throughout research projects to ensure timely delivery at high-quality standards,
  • ensure the high quality of consumer insights projects in an efficient way,
  • write research reports and presentations centered on valuable business recommendations and on the actionability of the results,
  • deliver impactful research presentations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of experience in market research either in a research agency or on the client side, 
  • prove a solid understanding of the business,
  • spot what is significant in the data and communicate ideas in an impactful way,
  • sound knowledge of quantitative research methodologies and statistics,
  • client-centric approach,
  • business English skills.
