About Job

Processing, loading information and corrections from various countries and managing the workload of assigned countries.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the requests of the team leader.

• Possibility of modifying/adapting requests received by Salesforce or Dynamics, following up until the request is closed (Europe or Asia).

• Execute work related to production according to the group of assigned countries.

• Communication with stakeholders to provide follow-up to their B.D. processes.

• Identify, propose and bring recommendations on the development of the project in order to improve processes.

• Cooperate with assigned local/regional projects with supervision.

• Update activity trackers.

Qualifications

About You

Analysis and decision-making capacity for the attention to requests from different countries, as well as the monitoring of E2E processes.

Requirements:

• 6 months + experience

• Bachelor's degree completed: Computing, Marketing, administration or end

• Advanced English

• Excel management

• Clear and Precise Communication
