About this job

This position is responsible for the administration and development of NielsenIQ’s transition to Dynamics platform and associated applications from Salesforce Sales Cloud. Applications such as customized versions of Dynamics Sales and Dynamics Marketing, Customer Service across multiple business units.

This role will be an integral member of the Sales Technology Administration team and liaise with stakeholders from various business areas to understand and support their needs of the Dynamics and Power Platform environments. The role will also work closely with the Infrastructure and Operations team to ensure that all standards and security requirements are met and delivered.

Responsibilities 

  • Administration and support of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications including Sales and other configuration platform entities.
  • Maintenance of custom configurations and integrations of applications within the Dynamics 365 environments.
  • Development of integrations of data and functionality using the Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps).
  • Documenting and defining user requirements with product stakeholders, including flow charts, layouts and diagrams.
  • Contributes to and supports the Dynamics platform 3 year roadmap and the product SDLC.
  • Work with the NielsenIQ Data Engineering and BI teams to ensure data integrity across the applications and datasets when using Dataverse.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience of working with Dynamics 365, Office 365 and CRM.
  • Experience working as a System Administrator.
  • Experience of working with application management lifecycle tools/source control.
  • Experience of Application Development.
  • Experience with SQL.

Preferred knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Power Platform
  • Experience with Salesforce Administration and 365.
  • Experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud Administration.
