Data Processing Specialist (Client Instruction)

Job Description

For our Operations team in Warsaw, we are looking for: Data Processing Specialist (Client Instruction Specialist). 

In this position, you will be the liaison between the commercial and the operational teams. This role advises, suggests, and discusses solutions with the internal and external clients in terms of Nielsen Products without sales activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Responsible for the efficiency of the databases, including optimizations and suggestions for the Client
  • Continuously learn to keep up with the technical Nielsen language
  • Onboard with the Nielsen services and tools effectively enough understand the End-to-End flow, grasp the whole database creation ecosystem
  • Sustain the communication between the client services and the operations input teams regarding the report design
  • Manage strict deadlines and the discipline of the annual calendar

Qualifications

  • University degree
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English 
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Be comfortable in working with virtual cross-country teams
  • Be an Ideal Team Player: humble in a big team, smart in a chaotic fast-paced environment, and hungry to broaden your knowledge
  • Knowledge of Excel or some database tools will be a plus
