Acerca del rol

Buscamos una persona que proporcione soporte técnico amable y respetuoso a los usuarios, que se sienta parte de la compañía, que tenga empatía hacia los problemas y necesidades que los usuarios reporten.

Responsabilidades

  • Responder los correos y mensajes de teams enviados por los usuarios de la compañía.
  • Atención y resolución de los tiquetes asignados por la mesa de ayuda en los tiempos establecidos.
  • Preparación, configuración y asignación de equipos a los nuevos ingresos y los empleados a los que les corresponde renovación del equipo asignado.
  • Mantener el inventario actualizado de los equipos de cómputo y equipos celulares asignados a los empleados de la compañía y los que se encuentran disponibles para asignar y los que se deben dar de baja.
  • Administración, asignación e instalación de extensiones VOIP a los usuarios de la compañía que lo requieran

Atención a los detalles y habilidad para poder comunicarse efectivamente.

Requerimientos

  • Ser técnico, tecnólogo, profesional o estudiante de sistemas, electrónica o carreras a fin.
  • Trabajar con anticipación, resolver problemas, administrar su tiempo, priorizar el trabajo, trabajar bajo presión y en equipo. Mantener al día sus conocimientos de hardware y software.
  • Personalidad amable, respetuosa, con buena disposición, responsable y puntual.
  • Deseable inglés básico
  • Conocimiento en Windows 10 y 11, Office. Deseable, conocimientos generales en redes
