Job Description

Team Leader acts as a main point of contact from Operations to internal client services. Main responsibility is to lead and drive the operational design and delivery of our client offering. Accountable for overall Operation’s department quality, performance, monitoring, reporting, and analysis by driving improvement in first time delivery contributing to client satisfaction. Responsible for team management.

As a Team Leader for you will be responsible for:

  • ensuring that changes into the client's database are delivered on time with the high quality,
  • coordinating daily work of 10-12 specialists,
  • monitoring team's KPI, and being up to date with all processes related to assigned area,
  • identifying and addressing process gaps, securing process compliance,
  • planning and executing of medium-sized/small projects,
  • ensure service projects are planned and executed to schedule and scope,
  • RCA and Client escalation management,
  • working with people development plans and supporting the ongoing growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience on similar position with a good performance record,
  • Profound combination of people management and operational skills, 
  • Combination of deep operational skills combined with client orientation,
  • Excellent communication skills including English language (verbal and written),
  • Problem Solving and Decision-Making skills,
  • Ability to manage and engage a team,
  • Delegating and executing skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback,
  • Ability to quickly react to Client escalations and find solutions.
