Job Description

Key Responsibilities

With Clients:

  • Increase penetration of Sales Effectiveness Solution with new clients and existing client usage frequency
  • 100% client facing and client interactive role
  • Everyday , proactive senior client interaction to build relationship
  • Ensure delivery with quality and insights to build satisfaction and repeat sales with client
  • Need good hold and understanding of the product and client business
  • 300K sales target in FY 2022

Internal team:

  • Work closely with Operation team
  • Clear debrief and project set up with operation basis scope signed with client
  • Ensure delivery report is of quality by review and checks in between with operation team
  • Presentation preparation basis report and presenting that to client
  • Industry : FMCG Manufacturer ; FMCG Retailers (MT +TT)

Client Relation

  • Pure client consulting role with both delivery and commercial side of it
  • Earning Client Trust/Building Relationships: Build and maintain strong network with C-suite
  • Confidence & experience to talk to a wide range of decision influencers
  •  Ability to present results with insights and confidence to clients
  • Own the client base and relation
  •  Ability to understand project operational aspect and manage it with internal stakeholders


  • Sales Effectiveness Solution (SFA)



  • Bachelor degree in all majors
  • Preference : 3 - 4 years experience in any kind of project management / delivery / sales set up related areas
  • Communication Skill and confident attire
  • Go get attitude and proactiveness
  • Good presentation skill
  • End to end project management skill with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to do commercial plans, options build up to close target is a +
  • Good negotiation skill
  • Analytical skills and ability to understand research products
  • Knowing about Vietnam market in general is a preference
  • Experience working in FMCG industry is a preference
