CI Operation SUD Survey Programer

Job Description

  • Program required questionnaire based on requirements set forth by client service using required platforms (Confirmit, Qualtrics, Decipher, STG, etc.) 
  • Ensuring that KPI’s for each project handled are kept green (delivery & quality) 
  • Compliance to process standards & project protocols shall be ensured 
  • Review and make recommendations on questionnaire types, logic checks, format and design to client service 
  • Support project management team in root cause analysis & planning for resolving issues that may come 
  • Quality checking of vendor output (live questionnaire links, questionnaire drafts) per project 
  • Provides timely data for KPI metrics in support of project management / SUD (Set-up and Delivery) Lead 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Programming or any related field.  
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, must have knowledge or a year experience in basic programming, scripting languages - JavaScript, HTML, Python.  
  • Strong analytical skills to resolve issues and problems with a minimal amount of supervision. 
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills are essential for stakeholder engagement responsibilities.
