Job Description
● Client Service and delivery
- End-to-end responsibility of client projects
- Scoping the project to suit client business needs – thinking of analytical solutions to suitably address business questions
- Develop clear, convincing, informative and uniquely tailored reports/ presentations to suit different clients
- Actively engaging clients and managing client expectations on deliverables
- Responsible for business revenue by managing quality and timely delivery of projects
- Managing execution of multiple projects simultaneously
● Working with different stakeholders - Internal and External
● Developing and testing new analytic solutions
● Support with the right solutions and insights while pitching for new clients
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business
- Minimum 2 to 4 years FMCG experience with marketing, analysis or insights roles.
- Expert level in at least one programming language. Preferably R or Python and experience working with visualization tools like Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, etc.
- Preferred - Exposure to multivariate statistical modelling (e.g. clustering, regression, principal components and factor analysis, time-series forecasting, Bayesian methods) and machine learning (Random Forest, KNN, SVM, boosting and bagging, regularization etc.)
- Knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), e-commerce industry, research techniques and methodologies would be an advantage
- Strong analytic skills and ability to structure high volume data
- High degree of ownership, agility and willingness to get tasks completed within short durations
- Ability to simultaneously coordinate and track multiple deliverables, tasks and dependencies across multiple stakeholders / business areas
- Research or agency related industry experience desired. Preferably with relevant work experience in e-commerce industry
- Strong client focus and proactiveness
- Very good influencing & persuading Skills
- Presentation skills- experience in presenting to external clients or small groups
- Fluent in spoken and written English. Additional Asian language skills is an advantage
