Associate Operational Controller

Job Description

Key highlights of the role:  

  • Executing daily accounting tasks (invoices, banking affairs, personal expenses, P2P etc.) 
  • Manage local controllership function and provide financial oversight on the local business under the guidance of the Operational Controller 
  • Intercompany transactions and reconciliations 
  • Maintain the local statutory accounts and ensure ongoing compliance to local regulation 
  • Coordinate and conduct statutory audits in conjunction with local external auditors, seeking guidance from Core Finance as required 
  • Act as the main point of contact for all local internal audit and compliance review assignments 
  • Support of local procurement needs 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

  • University degree in relevant programs such as Management, Economics, Accounting. 
  • New graduate or 1 -2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting 
  • Good command of English 
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications (esp. Excel) 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Teamwork oriented 
  • Self-motivated 
  • Military service should have been completed (for male candidates)
