Finance Business Analyst (IV25 International Market)

Job Description

The Finance Business Analyst will be responsible for working with the IV25 global CBPs and Small/Medium business regional leaders to give them visibility and help them drive their financials. The Analyst will be overseeing the data governance process and the improvement of the existing reports.

The Finance Business Analyst will be reporting into the IV25 FP&A Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive monthly forecast process in alignment with IV25 global CBPs and regional SMB leaders, analyzing key drivers and risks/opportunities
  • Drive closing analysis and support Global CBPs to maximize revenue recognition
  • Participation in the Operating plan process (target set up, alignment with local/regional finance team, data quality)
  • Drive fund management including annual update of the fund, communication on the fund usage, and ongoing questions.
  • Manage the quarterly T&B dedication process
  • Data governance management for IV25 and SMB
  • Drive reporting improvement
  • Support global CBPs with ongoing financial questions

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience
  • Ability to translate financial requests and instructions into language that is understood and executed by the commercial team
  • An advanced understanding of financial and budget processes and tools
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Suite
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across functions, departments, geographies, and cultures
  • Knowledge of operational processes and methodologies across multiple lines of business and applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Curiosity and motivation
