Job Description

The Order to Cash (OTC) Process Owner collaborates and supports the OTI/I2C Global Process Owner, to ensure accurate and efficient OTC management and make sure all the Order to Cash related processes are precisely applied globally within NIQ organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports in all aspects the OTC GPOs (Global Process Owners) to simplify, standardize and oversee global processes by eliminating unnecessary complexities and low-value work
  • Establish global process ownership with clearly defined decision matrix
  • Supports improvements by Finance Transformation projects
  • Supports improvements by ad-hoc OTC projects
  • Supports the OTI/ITC GPOs educating with necessary training of the OTC processes (new or refresher) to the whole Revenue Assurance, Credit and Collections, Cash Application teams
  • Responsible for preparing the training material for processes and tools
  • Responsible for the preparation of the Global OTC presentations, metrics and analysis of the same (Submitted-, Blocked-, Unbilled Revenue, FTR, Cash Collection, Cash forecasts, etc.)
  • Support training delivery for OTC tools, process and procedures
  • Responsible for preparation and participation of the major global calls with Global CBPs related to the OTC metrics
  • Supports the GFC OTC site maintenance
  • Supports the OTC ServiceNow approval matrix maintenance
  • Supports the OTC Power BI Dashboard maintenance
  • Responsible for seeking best technology to perform easy data analysis, reporting to get actionable insights

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in economics or postgraduate studies in finance/accounting
  • +4 years of professional experience within finance, OTC
  • Fluency in English, other regional language preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, independent decision-making ability, research, and analytical skills, understanding credit risk, and focus on finding solutions
  • Excellent people management skills (communication, organization, ability to motivate, problem-solving)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office [including Power Point, Word, Excel - functions, pivots, macros, etc] and proficiency in working with operating systems (e.g. SAP and MS Dynamics)
  • Highly motivated person, with initiative and the ability to delegate and prioritize tasks
  • Experience in collection improvements, cash forecast, revenue recognition and analysis
  • Experience in handling statutory and internal audits
  • Demonstrable experience of working with process improvements&/ projects
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment 
  • Knowledge of the Order to Cash processes and accounting (Credit Management, Order Management, CRM - MSD, Billing, Revenue recognition Collection and Cash Application)
  • Nice to have, Power BI experience and knowledge on rest of finance processes, e.g. Master Data, etc.
