ABOUT THIS JOB

Working in HR involves partnering with various Business Leaders to address the business needs, develop top talent and ensure the business is properly staffed. Within HR it is important that our values are effectively communicated and implemented and good relations are built with Associates and Leaders alike. Alternatively, you could find yourself working in our centres of expertise such as Payroll, Staffing and Recruitment or Compensation and Benefits located across Europe.

As Human Resources Generalist, you will manage and participate in People initiatives and support the daily activities of the HR department. This role may span across different functional areas within the team including relations, benefits, compensation, administration, reporting, recruitment, and project management.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Run our onboarding program (orientation, system entry, paperwork validation) and be the first point of contact for our regional employee base
  • Execute HR operational processes and services with a focus on employee experience and data integrity (SAP, Unit4 and related systems)
  • Take the lead in the monthly payroll.
  • Be our point-person for employee PeopleOps-related inquiries—delegating to others when needed
  • Identify and drive process improvement efforts, leveraging HR systems to automate and eliminate manual work where possible
  • Provide Leave of Absence administrative support, in partnership with People Managers
  • Conduct exit interviews and share insights/recommend an actionable change to improve our employees’ experience
  • Recommend ways to improve our employees’ experience
  • Stay current on regulatory changes related to local, state, federal law compliance

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or Business, or equivalent work experience as a Human Resources Generalist.
  • First HR work experience within a service organization of a multinational company environment
  • Proven experience in payroll
  • Native in French and fluent in English – verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge of labour laws, rules, regulations and obligations within both the Netherlands as Belgium would be a great asset
