Job Description

  • Responsible for helping maintain the  E – 2 – E single point reporting framework to provide Leadership with visibility of Health of Programs &  Initiatives/ Financials/ People metrics / Productivity/ AIM and Demand Hiring's
  • Responsible for in house analysis and report generation from data related to the above metrics and provide reports to Leadership and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining the rigour required to collect or assimilate  data from different metrics
  • Responsible for maintaining rhythm of contacts and connect with different function leads/ Ops Country delivery leaders to validate the data available in the system
  • Synchronize data from different sources to bring them to an usable format and help review with Leadership
  • Develop and update data/ info collection templates
  • Develop/ update reporting  templates or presentations decks
  • High level of proficiency in Excel and other database management software including ability to use Formulas, Macros and do in house automations
  • The role will encompass all of MINOC supported countries - Global

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Computer Science, Information Technology) or Professional in  data analytics
  • Experience of 1-2 years as Data Analyst
  • Candidate with Bachelor’s degree / Masters
  • Strong  skills in generating Reports either in Tabular and presentation mode
  • Reasonable good presentation building skills
  • Proven communication, interpersonal skills and high energy to drive communication with different nationality/ culture across different countries
  • Common business language knowledge (English): speaking and writing with fluency.
