Platform Convergence Lead

Job Description

As a  Platform Convergence Lead you will be responsible for:

  • Builds, document, delivers and maintains E2E migration plan to move all clients to the new Discover Front end tool and to transition to a dis-aggregated data model, and understands all dependencies.
  • Oversees and understands entire project, manages risks and takes remedial action to address gaps.
  • Owns the communication on the project status and ensures necessary KPIs are in place.
  • Ensures project appropriately resourced across all areas.
  • Facilitate strategic decision making and serves as escalation point.
  • Works with enablement teams to properly analyze and identify gaps and areas for improvement in legacy production environments/tools and drive convergence to Discover and On Demand.
  • Identify and implement solutions that translate into standardization and process efficiency while balancing local BAU need
  • Provide technical and process expertise to deployment of Discover, by directing and influencing; also assist remote located resources to implement projects in the most cost-effective way. • Serve as a change agent to improve business processes and implement changes that “stick”; drive for continuous business process improvements.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with BAU leaders (need support of BAU team members).
  • Operate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment, liaising as needed with stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Facilitate training plans for local teams in Pre-transition/ transition phase (outside NOC).
  • Working in partnership with Moonshot PMO team, GOT team and the local country team, defines and continually monitors the execution of operational elements of a project plan, identifying and recommending alternative workable solutions to deliver the overall project to schedule.

Qualifications you need to have:

  • Proficient in English language
  • Project management skills
  • Good level of E2E understanding of our operational process
  • Leadership skills. Not in terms of people management, but in terms of leading a x-functional, x-country teams in this program and to manage stakeholders in the program
  • Change management skills
  • Ability to handle ambiguous environment
  • Able to handle stressful circumstances.
