As an account development leader, you are responsible for client activity and the success of NielsenIQ at the customer. This includes driving timely outcomes and client value through data, analytics and insights which define the overall customer experience and elevates NielsenIQ performance. 

This role has deep knowledge of the customer’s business and data analytics that enables you to identify new opportunities for NielsenIQ to drive value. It works successfully across a matrixed organization structure, fully leveraging the service model.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand client structure and organization to enable service strategy
  • Understand the industry and business issues customers are facing 
  • Partner with customers in analytics, insights, marketing and sales functions to set objectives that drive business impact and maximize value 
  • Leverage NielsenIQ solutions and apply market and industry knowledge to produce clear, proactive insights and actionable recommendations
  • Facilitate clear communications with customers, demonstrate empathy  
  • Work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure timely delivery of monthly data and reporting
  • Work with large and complex datasets
  • Teach/Train clients on NielsenIQ products, and develop new solutions for clients

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience, with demonstrated expertise in syndicated and custom POS and panel data analysis and consumer insights in the FMCG, CPG, Consulting or Retail industries REQUIRED
  • College/University undergraduate or master’s degree in related field is required
  • Experience presenting to stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Experience collaborating on projects and maintaining positive client relationships in complex situations
  • Polished, persuasive communication skills with experience in presentations and proposals
  • Strong analytical aptitude/experience with data integration, analytics and visualization software
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with BI a plus: PowerBI, Tableau
  • Proficiency in NielsenIQ data, tools and analytical solutions is a plus
