ABOUT THE TEAM  
We are an international team of Recruiters bringing in talent for the whole NielsenIQ organization across Europe. We are divided into two sub-teams: Western Europe and Eastern Europe. The majority of the team sits in Poland where we have our Recruitment Center, we also have team members in other countries (Italy, UK). We love diversity! Despite working remotely, we interact on a daily basis via video calls and chat. We have video team meetings twice a week. 

ABOUT THE JOB  
The position will be a part of the Eastern Europe Recruitment Team and will report directly to the Team Leader. As an International Recruiter you will be in charge of hiring talent for commercial, analytical, and corporate roles in the assigned countries. Your typical workday will be a mixture of sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offering, and maintaining candidate information in our ATS. You will work closely with Hiring Managers – you will be their go-to person for recruitment and will act as a Recruitment Projects Manager. In a nutshell, You will manage all aspects of full life-cycle recruiting, having as a support the newest digital tools.  

RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process including Strategy Meeting, Sourcing, Screening, Selection, Assessment and Offer Negotiation  

  • Build and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates  

  • Act as a Recruitment Business Partner to Hiring Managers in the assigned country/region in Europe, consultatively leading the recruitment process, ensuring appropriate assessments are applied and recruitment standards maintained  

  • Partner with local HR Business Partners as one HR Team to build comprehensive and successful recruiting strategies (including job boards usage, job fairs presence, cooperation with universities etc.)  

  • Manage the recruitment process and applicant flow in our Application Tracking System  

  • Be an ambassador of NielsenIQ brand by strong social media presence with appropriate branding, high-quality adverts and communicating EVP to candidates  

  • Be a Subject Matter Experts in at least one of TA areas: provide regular updates to the team, refresh sessions and trainings for new joiners, liaise with global stakeholders  

  • Manage stakeholders and drive hiring decisions by use of data, insights, and market knowledge 


REQUIREMENTS   

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (within corporate organization or in agency)  

  • Experience finding passive candidates, skilled at LinkedIn, Boolean searches, multifaceted internet searches  

  • Adept at stakeholder management, consultative in approach, able to build strong relationships with Business, HR and Candidates  

  • Collaborative, passionate about being part of a high-performing team, and willing to support special projects or initiatives as needed  

  • Highly detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced, energetic environment  

  • A proficient user of recruitment systems  

  • Self-motivation, strong time management, and organizational skills  

  • Fluent English 

  • Proficiency in French, German or any other European language will be an advantage
