Lean Transformation Manager

Job Description

The aim of the Lean & Process Control function within the CI modernization platform is to identify opportunities to optimize the end-to-end process within the CI business, and work with teams in order to implement these process improvements and solutions so as to deliver productivity at a market level while being aligned to the global CI strategy. 

 
Key Job Objectives: 

1. Independently conduct diagnostics in chosen markets to identify improvement opportunities. 

2. Facilitate Future State Workshops which integrate identified opportunities along with quantified productivity savings. 

3. Identify solutions which can be scaled globally and guide markets on implementation. 

4. Implement process control mechanisms that track the creation, deployment, and ongoing implementation of identified solutions and monitor the impact to the business. 

5. Conduct in-person and online Lean training to promote and sustain a Lean mindset globally. 

6. Own one-off BPI Projects end-to-end across Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control phases. 

7. Contribute towards ensuring higher client satisfaction and employee engagement as a result of the deployment of modernization processes. 

 
Key Skill and Experience desired for this role: 

1. Black Belt certification with at least 5 years’ experience of working on Lean Six Sigma initiatives. 

2. In depth knowledge of root cause analysis, solution prioritization, project plan creation and governance, and control mechanisms. 

3. Experience in Process Mapping through a dedicated software tool. 

4. Ability to identify essential KPI’s and metrics, and knowledge to build necessary dashboards and reporting tools. 

5. Eagerness to learn and understand the various CI processes across the different departments.
