Finance Business Analyst (Customer Success International Markets)

Job Description

The Finance Business Analyst will be responsible for working with the Customer Success senior and regional leaders to coordinate business strategies and ensure alignment of workstream initiatives, with a strong focus on maintaining rhythm and control over financials. Specifically, the Analyst will be overseeing the transformation strategy from a financial angle.
The Finance Business Analyst will be reporting to the Customer success FP&A Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive monthly forecast process in alignment with regional teams, analyzing key drivers and risks/opportunities
  • Analyze and communicate monthly financial variances
  • Ongoing Investment management in line with financial commitments across workstreams
  • Leverage financial and operational metrics to drive business decisions in conjunction with regional and automation leaders
  • Create and manage workstream deployment scorecards with updates to leadership
  • Project work to transition from an FTE based model to a managed service model to drive capacity management and possible pricing implications
  • Productivity, volume, and FTE tracking (included but not limited to attrition, Open HC, and HC moves), consolidation and reporting against financial targets (use KPI’s to drive)
  • Support the development/definition of global KPIs for Financials, Efficiency, Volume and HR metrics by workstream
  • Coordinate adoption of KPIs and WLDs across regions
  • Help create automated processes and tracking mechanisms along with driving tool development for reporting dashboards on metrics
  • Ad Hoc projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience
  • Ability to translate financial requests and instructions into language that is understood and executed by the GCD leaders (local market leaders, regional leaders and enablement leaders)
  • An advanced understanding of financial and budget processes and tools
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Suite
  • Interest in RPA/AI and advanced automated solutions
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across functions, departments, geographies and cultures
  • Knowledge of operational processes and methodologies across multiple lines of business and applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
