Learning & Development Lead (Sr. Manager) - AMET & APAC

Job Description

The role is responsible for bringing the learning and organization development solutions to the markets one is responsible for. In this role, one would get to work very closely with the market / region HRBPs and the Global COE (Diversity Talent & Culture) and transition learning and OD solutions. In this role, one would get opportunities to work across the Middle East, Africa and some parts of the APAC countries. 

The span of this role would go across, learning deployment, consulting internal customers, listening and learning about client needs and partnering with the Global COE in developing solid  OD solutions.  

Key Responsibilities 

  1. Training Delivery: Develop people manager skills like, but not limited to, creating clarity, empathy and driving results. Train associates on goal setting, future of workplace and NIQ values and behaviors. Develop leadership skills as per NIQ leadership competencies. 

  2. Review compliance and quality of key learnings products like goals, engagement action plans, people manager skills etc and present the findings and recommendation and ROI to Business leaders and key stakeholders. 

  3. Coach top talent and key stakeholders through tools like strengths assessment, MBTI, Hogan, EQ etc. 

  4. Consult business leads on key products like engagement, goal setting, Values and Behaviors etc. 

  5. Lead design interventions (talent or non-talent) as per local market needs. 

  6. Drive automation and deploy digital transformation for the internal team when needed.  

  7. Identify and work with high quality vendors in L&OD space while leveraging the organizational policies and frameworks  

About you 

The role requires you to have a zeal for training and deep understanding of HR products and solutions.  Agility is important to adapt to the needs of the market and manage stakeholder demands. Pro activeness and bringing things to a logical closure are a must to create stakeholder delight. Being self-motivated, attentive to details, aspiration to make things better and having communication (verbal & written) as a strength will set you up for success in this role. 

Qualifications

  • Any – Graduate / Post Graduate is preferred 

  • 7- 8 years of experience in Learning and Development 

  • Training and consulting experience – Learning Consultancy experience / Corporate Learning experience would be an advantage  

  • Preference for Certification in in talent/personality/performance/strength assessment tools like MBTI, EQ, Hogan etc. However, not a disqualifying criteria.  

  • Person with excellent communication skills, proficiency in English - written and spoken
