Job Description

Ensure designs and finished developed materials are cross-device compliant and accessible

Be able to manage daily workload and outsourcing team development

Handle creative and design responsibility for work across all social media platforms (Facebook, Google, Tik Tok, Reddit, Twitter, Instagram, etc)

Stay up-to-speed on design trends

Work with other managers to influence project budgets and calendar requirements

Assess the full scope of all projects and manage design projects and resources within budget

Managing freelance designers and small design agencies when needed

Maintain a strong strategic relationship with panel engagement partners to stay abreast of developments in strategy, objectives, testing initiatives, data and analytics, and site user experience

Create concepts to articulate, inform, and validate ideas with consumers and stakeholders (prototypes, wireframes, sketches, journey maps, personas)

Attend and actively participate in daily design and campaign paid and organic team status meetings

Use research and testing to both inform and validate campaign design decisions and focus on constant improvement

Maintain knowledge base and remain competitive of software updates and advances in the marketplace to ensure we are bringing the best solutions to the business areas being served

Qualifications

Experience in mobile advertising, app development and web design required

Bachelor’s degree (Graphic design or similar degree preferred) or equivalent experience with demonstrated excellence

5+ years visual design in an Agency or corporate environment with acquisition, engagement or retention campaigns

Strong design ability with a focus on digital; Trend savvy and naturally curious about consumer behavior, needs and wants

Past Experience in performance/acquisition campaigns (as an “art” team member)

Previous experience in marketing or advertising communications; Attention to detail, results oriented and a team player

Ability to deal with ambiguity, strong problem-solving skills, exercise sound business judgement. Must be comfortable working in an agile environment with changing demands and aggressive deadlines

You should be incredibly organized, methodical and timely (you will help managing multiple campaigns in 24 countries)
