JUNIOR ACCOUNT SPECIALIST

Brandbank Retail Services Team - Budapest office

ABOUT THIS JOB

The Junior Account Specialist will have overall Commercial responsibility for one or more of NielsenIQ Brandbank’s licensed (SaaS) products.

This will include delivering against a revenue target for the products, as well as helping shape the value proposition and sales approach to empower our Account Manager team to sell the products with your support.

You will also inform associated marketing collateral, Commercial strategy at group level, and any future system developments to the product(s) you own

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing a comprehensive understanding to become the Subject Matter Expert for your appointed product(s), including all features and benefits
  • Collaborating with NielsenIQ Brandbank Account Management team to support lead generation and client engagement
  • Ensuring appropriate internal and external marketing and training collateral is in place to support your product
  • Client interaction, including face to face meetings, to sell in the product and support successful deployment; this includes existing NielsenIQ Brandbank Retailer Clients, and potentially new retailer and syndication clients and verticals
  • Achieving Quarterly revenue targets; this will be made up of New Business, Renewal, Client Integration and other services revenue. Associated consumption / usage targets will also be in place to ensure client usage of your appointed products during their subscription term
  • Regular reporting on opportunity pipeline (via SalesForce), revenue forecasting and consumption targets, both for personal opportunities and across the sales team
  • Working with the Product, Pre Sales and Integration team to help develop the product, inclusive of new / improved functionality
  • Supporting the Commercial Leads within NielsenIQ Brandbank to help shape the product strategy – inclusive of value proposition, communication strategy, pricing and contract terms 

REQUIREMENTS

  • ​​​​​Proven track record of managing revenue targets, with a strong desire to consistently overachieve against both personal targets and objectives
  • Good level of experience in strategic sales planning and implementation, including experience of pipeline management
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team, in a fast paced environment
  • Highly organized, driven, with good time management skills and a logical approach,
  • Able to prioritize workload, and excellent attention to detail.
  • General interest in FMCG and specifically the eCommerce industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills and the ability to network effectively.
  • Professionally presented, articulate and a confident communicator at all levels
  • Hungarian language is a must-have
