ABOUT THE ROLE 

Would you like to be part of a multicultural analytical team servicing the biggest global FMCG clients? Do you have a mix of competencies - being very well organized with ability to manage projects, but also with analytical mind-set and skills?  

In this role you will have a unique opportunity to coordinate multiple stakeholders and process streams in order to deliver impactful consultative materials and solutions, as well as introduce new analytic business engagement.  

  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Coordination of business requirements and deliverables servicing Global Clients 

  • Coordinating efforts of a wide team (Product Owner, Business Develompent, Operations, IT, Commercial, Support) to deliver to schedule and as per requirements 

  • Facilitate satellite Nielsen markets with day to day support in terms of client engagement materials, managing the calendar of deliverables and change management 

  • Supporting new global clients in terms of project implementation 

  • Managing ad-hoc analytical briefs - verifying expectations, running feasibility check and coordinating workload and delivery 

  • Managing ad-hoc projects – coordinating communication, defining internal processes, managing stakeholders and deadlines 

  • Managing backlog of new business requirements 

  • Provide 3rd line support for most complex clients queries

For this business crucial role, you need to be well organized and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders. You have the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external clients. Managing time and deadlines comes naturally to you. You are curious, engaged and accountable. 

To enable this strategic thinking and execution, we are also looking for candidates with strong numerical skills who can provide data analysis, using the full range of applications including within Microsoft Power suits.  

  

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Data & tool savvy (Excel & PPT; knowledge of Power BI would be an additional advantage) 

  • High level of coordination, consultative & client-service skills 

  • Open to challenge the client & manage their expectations 

  • Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills 

  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface across cross-functional teams and the business 

  • Previous working experience in a similar role would be considered as an advantage 

  • An curious mindset, not afraid of challenging the status quo and the client 

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time  

  • A team player, capable of working in a team environment and sharing responsibilities with other team members
