You will report to the Senior GDSN Service Manager. You will be responsible for developing and managing long-term relationships with assigned customers on a day to day basis and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.

This job is ideal for you if you are great at relationship building and you have the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation. You will be highly organised with good time management skills and a logical approach with attention to detail, able to prioritise your workload.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understanding the Brandbank service portfolio and GS1 Data Quality Programme 2.0 in detail and being able to effectively communicate this to your customers.

  • Being end-to-end responsible for delivering a first-class service level to customers (category captains and long-tail), and managing the service delivering against internal KPIs and external SLAs,  resolving all queries on the first occasion.

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships and developing a trusted advisor partnership with key customer stakeholders, across all relevant divisions and departments, driving up Customer Satisfaction above the business KPI level.

  • Responding to incoming queries and GS1/GDSN requests, both internal and external within agreed SLAs, ensuring a Win-Win outcome for Nielsen Brandbank and the customer.

  • Identify and assess critical needs and ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer objectives.

  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics and clearly communicating or reporting the progress of these monthly or quarterly to internal and external stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Have proven account management & relationship building skills or other relevant experience. 

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. Any experience in using GDSN data pools (as a publisher/recipient/solution provider) would be a great asset.

  • Have excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills and be highly self-motivated and self-managing.

  • Experience in working across functions to improve customer service and deliver against SLAs.

  • Use your own initiative managing multiple tasks simultaneously, delivering against set milestones and deadlines and working under pressure.

  • Be enthusiastic, hardworking and adaptable, with good attention to detail.

  • Have an excellent knowledge level of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables and macros)
