● Deliver, standardize and drive efficiency in continuous finance processes in record-toreport, banking, fixed assets and shared services accounting processes in the region. ● Lead the shared services and fixed assets accounting within the region, including process architecture, protocols and mechanics and related governance. ● Ensure delivery of R2R shared service centre activities throughout the region (if applicable). Manage R2R shared service centre quality levels through service level agreements, performance metrics and continuous governance rhythm. ● Lead the banking activities processing, audit and compliance activities within the region. ● Run all periodic processes related to R2R and general financial accounting, including month-end activities, account reconciliations, periodic reporting, metrics, governance and internal control. ● Work with Business Finance and Global COE colleagues to maintain best-in-class processes and application of policies. ● Develop and implement procedures and operational ways of work in a standardized, efficient and effective manner for all markets in the region in the realm of the R2R and general financial accounting stream. ● Maintain R2R and general financial accounting related internal controls within the region; ensure robust account reconciliations and SOX compliance.
