Quote to Cash Program Manager
About the role
The Quote to Cash Program Manager will be responsible for continuous improvement on a newly implemented Q2C platform. You will lead and coordinate the program team’s overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables through project direction, metric definition, and performance management.
Responsibilities
Primarily, the candidate will act as a Program Manager for both a Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system during a post-MVP (minimum viable product) improvement/enhancement and BAU (business as usual) post-implementation phases
The candidate will be responsible for partnering with the teams across Sales, Finance, Pricing, Legal, and Technology to drive the execution of this strategic business growth initiative
Responsible for interacting with key business partners in order to understand the strategy, direction, and objectives for the business
Responsible for end-to-end Project Delivery to enhance business strategy, efficiency and governance, and optimization efforts
Ability to identify business process gaps and drive improved business operating models
Track issues and action items
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or quantitative field
Extensive experience leading software implementation or process improvement initiatives
Experience with CPQ and CLM tools (Conga/Apttus and/or Experlogix preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Background in relationship management and stakeholder influencing
Demonstrated ability to operate in a team-based setting and work with multiple stakeholders
