·         6+ years equivalent hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering and administration with specialized skills in systems engineering, with knowledge on infrastructure automation.

·         Must have advanced knowledge in navigating and troubleshooting Citrix infrastructure versions 6.5, 7.x and Citrix Cloud. This should include profile management, Citrix policy management, Citrix PowerShell, Provisioning server and Workspace Endpoint Management.

·         Must have advanced knowledge in Windows Server administration and experience with managing Group Policy.

·         Must have working knowledge of the Citrix gateway components of F5 Big IP APM and NetScaler ADC.

·         Experience with Appsense Application and Environment Manager is a plus.

·         Hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure automation platforms such as PowerShell, Python, BASH, etc. Certificate for any of the platform is a plus.

·         Complete knowledge change / incident and problem management

·         Knowledge in enterprise infrastructure configuration tools like Ansible / Puppet

·         Complete understanding on how infra components like servers, database, network, storage, firewalls, AD, DNS, monitoring etc. connect and co-relate each other.

·         Understand cloud technologies and infrastructure virtualization.

·         Have very good verbal and written communication skills (English) in both technical and non-technical communications.
