About the job 

As a Talent Acquisition Manager for NielsenIQ, you will be responsible for ensuring our  Hiring Managers are equipped for hiring success, providing a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and advising on the talent market - including best practices, candidate experience, employer branding, available talent pool, compensation insights and more. Mentoring the team members with your experience and knowledge to achieve the desired deliverables. You will lead the way in bringing the best talent to NielsenIQ and grooming the team, taking ownership of searches across a wide range of skills needed for the jobs we hire for.  

Responsibilities 

  • Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts. 
  • Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles.) 
  • Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc. 
  • University engagement across markets- include strategy and execution of university recruitment campaigns 
  • Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements. 
  • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers. 
  • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment. 
  • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs. 
  • Manage and guide development of corporate employment resource 
  • Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through on-boarding. 
  • Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process. 
  • Manage the recruitment process with a passion to identify top notch talent. 
  • Optimize the sourcing channels with a special focus on low cost channels. 
  • Guide, train, and mentor the recruitment team. 
  • Measures and analyzes key recruiting metrics for the purpose of managing recruiting effectiveness and educating our clients. Manage data accuracy and reporting. 
  • Active participation in the full cycle of recruitment efforts, including emphasis on the ability of assessment skills to help evaluate candidates and ensuring the highest bar. 

About you 

You will partner with business leaders, teams and other COE’s of HR to support the onboarding of the right resources and help build an efficient team. You will be managing a team of associates handling the hiring requirements for multiple business units. Your proactive nature will have a major impact in building the team, accountability towards your responsibilities. Your strong organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast paced environment and ability to partner and communicate effectively with people across all levels of management and organization will be among your core responsibilities. 

Qualifications 

  • Good interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, and problem solving skills 
  • 8 to 10 years human resources working experience (At least 6 years proven experience as talent acquisition manager/ team lead)  
  • Experience of working on recruitment analytics and the ability to measure as well as comprehend functional and team performance 
  • University relations/campus recruiting experience is a must 
  • Should have handled high volume hiring 
  • Strong project management skills and passion for working on various projects related to recruiting, recruitment marketing 
  • Manage large size multi location TA Teams/ Business 
  • In depth knowledge of using a recruitment portal. 
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
