Job Purpose

In this role, you will be responsible for the 1st line support of feeds to data consumers. The role requires you to have a good blend of both customer & technical skills as you will often be required to talk with both commercial & technical contacts. This leads to:

●      Improved time to resolution

●      Providing the known first point of contact for all Client Integration Incidents and Service requests

 

Job Responsibilities

●        Provide 1st line support for internal & external customers

●        Day to day management of the Client Integration IT Service Management tool, making sure SLAs are met by responding to and resolving tickets in a timely manner.

●        Develop a thorough understanding of every aspect of the Brandbank service.

●        Dealing with commercial and technical personnel at all levels.

●        An understanding of consumer content and/or online retail industry and related technologies.

●        Monitoring Client Integration services to ensure agreed uptime is met.

●        Perform troubleshooting on Client Integration production issues and recommend appropriate solutions and monitor all Client Integration maintenance activities.

●        Setting up new client standard feeds, working with the client and internal teams.

E - Excellent communication skills, including building customer rapport.

P-  The ability to understand and dive into the detail of a solution, e.g. API definitions.
