ABOUT THIS JOB

At NielsenIQ our team drive business goals – we own the numbers that as a company we set out to achieve and co-own client relationship along with Client Delivery team and work across various teams such as Data Acquisition, Operations, Product Leadership & Data Science to maintain / improve client satisfaction. This is Individual profile managing key accounts but have to indirectly influence a bigger team to manage client expectations

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Identify and design a strategic plan towards the fulfilment of client Revenue Target. Set short and long-term Revenue strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current NielsenIQ products

● Ensure generation of required revenue from the assigned client portfolio and proper contract costing in order to meet the agreed budget targets

● Undertake sales activities independently in terms of  preparation and delivery of proposal and credential

● Recommend relevant products to relevant clients based on their spending potential. Identify and recommend enhanced and new services that answer clients' business  needs

● Financial Management: Participate in financial discussions with leadership and provide necessary inputs. Maintain all documentation needs. Own revenue collection

● Maintain an accurate, complete, up to date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with leadership

● Work closely with delivery teams to drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews and also by providing value added analyses and  response to special requests

● Build and maintain ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within client  organization

Qualifications

 ●     MBA (desirable) with 5+ years’ experience in Market Research / FMCG / Service / Retail industry

 ●     Excellent Communication skills (Must)

●      Very Good Influencing, Persuading and Project Management Skills (Must)

●      Strong Client Focus and Proactiveness (Must)

●      Have done business development and revenue management for data or research services (Good to Have)

●      Proficiency in Power Point and Excel (Must)

●      Working knowledge of research techniques and methodologies (Good to Have)

●      Knowledge of RMS is a Plus (Good to Have)
