Job Description

CSSI (Cash Slip Store Intercept) is a method to report non-cooperating retailer sales based on cash receipts.  This position leads CSSI operations and delivery and acts as the owner of the methodology in the countries CSSI is present.  Holder of the position is responsible for standardization of CSSI processes, implementing new methodologies related to the estimation of non-cooperators.  The main focus of the role is managing outsourced resources and professional coordination of CSSI related issues of Statistical Operations.

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: 

  • Professional coordination of processes regarding estimation on non-cooperating retailer data
  • Management of outsourced activities
  • Implementing new CSSI projects in Europe
  • Participation in the development of the CSSI application
  • Participating in standardization of estimation on non-cooperators
  • Cooperation with other departments (Data Science, Stat Ops, Production, Project Management)  in CSSI related processes 
  • Substitution of other CSSI roles in case of absence or temporary backlog
  • Administrative tasks related to processes of the CSSI Hub

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Effective at communicating with external contact and internal departments on Nielsen data logic, processes and procedures
  • Solid problem solving and decision making skills
  • Takes initiative to offer innovative ideas and solutions within own team
  • Effectively represents team in cross-functional initiatives, mentors others
  • Effectively manages time and workload to achieve cross-functional goals

Required:

  • Fluent English
  • Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Analytical Mindset – Good numerical skills
  • Good Technical Skills
  • Process Management
  • Customer Focus

Desirable:

  • Experience in Statistics
  • Interest in Market Research and Retail Industry
