Job Description
As a market leader in consulting around new products and building successful brands, the BASES team (a NielsenIQ business) has always felt a responsibility to share with the industry new insights to guide successful innovations, innovation research, and help brands grow.
We are always looking for ways to accelerate and amplify our efforts, and are expanding our team. As a Thought Leadership Partner, you will contribute to our efforts by working with a broad group of colleagues to enable our voice in the market by delivering our thought leadership agenda, contributing to content creation, and supporting deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to developing our global Thought Leadership strategy by synthesizing input from various sources (industry, clients, associates, leaders)
Build, organize, and lead teams through the creation of compelling content
Author content and supporting materials, as needed
Partner with internal cross-functional parties on strategy and execution
Collaborate with Nielsen IQ Intelligence and Marketing to sync and scale plans
Maximize employee engagement with Thought Leadership content through training, advertising, advocacy, measurement, etc.
Experience & Skills
Marketing orientation; able to communicate in a compelling, action-oriented way
Very strong written and oral communication; “journalistic” and “journalistic sensibilities”
Strong organizational and project management skills
Analytical, able to synthesize different data sources, and make connections across varied input
Knowledge of new products, consumer packaged goods, and market research preferred
