Job Description
Job Purpose
Extension of Enablement in the NOC (per function) to act as SPOC, as first level support on all BAU topics/queries
Create the right transparency on NOC needs and health
Strengthen and grow the NOC teams and knowledge and support to make NOCs more self-sufficient
Job Responsibilities
Lead / Support growth and regional initiatives in the NOC in close alignment with Enablement / Activation / Innovation
SPOC for CIP versioning and UAT queries raised by the BAU teams (link to the Global Process Owner)
SPOC for BAU query triage
Drive Compliance to global standards by leveraging country quality and efficiency metrics (alignment with Process Owners)
Actively support BAU execution team knowledge grow by providing training, documentation and by creating other learning opportunities

Role Requirements
Significant experience working within Operations
Experience working in a multi-country, multi-lingual operational environment
Experience of working collaboratively across functions
Good level of CIP Factory e2e knowledge, to include Inputs, Outputs, different data sources / deliverables etc
Programming experience R, Python (is a plus)
Ability and willingness to learn and drive improvement in specific Global processes
Effective problem solving
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across functions, departments, geographies and cultures - Team player
Effective communication in English, negotiation and training skills, both verbal and written
