If you do, this is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a globally leading Measurement & Data Analytics organization, NielsenIQ! We are looking for an Analyst to join the Panel Management & Field Validation team of our Data Acquisition Center of Excellence.

In this role, you will be accountable for tasks related to panel health and ad-hoc project validations, back-office validations and data collection inquiries to ensure on-time delivery and continuous quality improvement. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be accountable for the flawless execution of panel management activities, non-bau validation, data collection queries and providing accurate, actionable information
  • Support the Panel Management &Field Validation Cluster Leader to eliminate redundancies and duplication of efforts, reduction of heavy manual processes to rapidly respond to business demands and contribute to an optimized end-to-end operations model
  • Monitor and maintain any required store list 
  • Extract data for collection inquiries
  • Accountable for timely and accurate recruitment of stores and set-up requirements for Panel Management Unit (PMU)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in a Statistical, Mathematical or any other relevant field   
  • Experience with MS Office 
  • Maximum 2 years of working experience 
  • Knowledge of Python programming language will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work in an individual and team setting
  • Ability to adapt to changes in real-time and ensure plans are going as per schedule
  • Problem-solving - must be able to stay calm under pressure and look for solutions to unexpected problems  
  • Good judgment, when it comes time to make an important decision and able to understand the potential costs and benefits of the choice at hand.  
  • Fluency in English (written and oral) is a must   
  • Excellent communication skills
