Job Description
The HR Analyst is an integral part of the Global Operations HR team. The HR Analyst provides foundational support for managing employee data, running and analyzing HR reports, coordinating the new hire workflow and on-boarding, addressing inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, and working on special HR projects. The Senior HR Analyst will be assigned to support the team of Global HRBPs across the NielsenIQ Operations team.
The role can provide preparation for moving into an HR Generalist/HRBP role.
Responsibilities:
Global HR tracking and process management including open roles, recruitment, productivity, global data compliance and auditing
Reporting - provides regular validation reports of all associates within the group as well as ad hoc reporting where required. Generate a variety of reports as requested by HR, Finance, and other business leaders
SAP - responsible for ensuring the data for the group is updated and accurate. Processes all organization changes in a timely manner, conduct regular audits and reviews of data. Process and maintain organizational changes in SAP
Manage administrative function of Position Request process (weekly)
Answers general HR questions and resolve issues in a timely manner
Support managers on HR issues including policies, procedures, practices
Maintain and audit employment records to ensure compliance with regulatory agency requirements
Appropriate handling and processing of confidential and time-sensitive material
Own and manage projects in support of business/HR priorities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Fluent English (C1 or C2) in writing and speaking
2 - 4 years of work experience (including internships)
Advanced Excel Knowledge
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-spirited and willing to lend support to other HR Reps or members of the team
Ability to work independently with the general direction
Strong business acumen and high level of professionalism
Strong analytical skills
Results-orientated
Organization and time management skills
Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects/tasks
HRIS proficiency (SAP preferred)
Engaging and proactive team player
