About this Position
Responsible for leading the relationship with global customers and ensuring compliance with the revenue targets for them. Create a relationship on a day-to-day basis and guide them in the correct use of Nielsen information and open up the possibility of studies aimed at specific needs, with the objective of commercially developing the client through a consultative service. Lead collaboration contract renewal negotiations and ensure a high level of service with a high NPS.
Establish a lasting relationship with the customer
Offer customer insights and recommendations
Support the customer in understanding Nielsen's solutions and methodologies
Identify new business opportunities and develop these opportunities in support of Nielsen's solutions and finance areas
Manage the achievement of sales targets
Manage your clients' contracts.

Minimum 5 years of experience with data analytics, market research, sales intelligence, consumer understanding or retail dynamics.
Experience in the consumer goods market or consulting
Previous experience with customer service, commercial area, trade or GC
Office package domain (word, excel, power point)
Knowledge of Nielsen methodologies (Scantrack, RI, CPS)
Fluent English and desirable Spanish
