Manage Client Interactions, demonstrating the ability to make sound decisions and guide direct reports to solve client business issues. Anticipates potential process or deliverables issues and is able to independently solve them or make an action plan to reduce client impacts.
Manage direct reports performance and development. Coaching the associates in order to develop their skills and grow in the company
Team workload management and resource allocation. Follow-up customized projects, promote independence and ownership of projects execution
Strong skills for presenting to a broader audience including top management and leads workshops
