Job Description

This role is accountable for Retailer Onboarding, Engagement and Compliance Improvement for received data by working closely with the Suppliers, DA strategy Team, eData Analysts and Project Managers.

They will be responsible for tracking Supplier data Quality . They will be conducting regular reviews with Internal stakeholders and Suppliers and drive specific Quality improvement goals for the Supplier including any change management pertaining to data receipt (Content format , advance notice )

This role will also be the SPOC for local country leadership teams to update on KPIs and In market progress on Supplier onboarding, BAU KPIs, and Productivity initiatives.

They will be responsible to identify new opportunities within the existing Suppliers and work closely with DA Strategy, RV , Ops teams (Inmarket/NOC) and EData Analysts to take it to conclusion.

Supplier onboarding:

  • Establish and maintain a close relationship to suppliers and act as point of contact between supplier and Nielsen.
  • Support DA Strategy Team to drive any on ground Supplier conversations, test data quality checks and other pre-onboarding activities.
  • Coordinate Sample data testing with Data Analysts .Communicate results to Supplier and work towards required improvements in Data Quality with Supplier
  • Drive alignment on data formats, timeliness expectations with Suppliers before handing over to Data Analysts to onboard.
  • Work with the local Ops team or PM to finalize onboarding plan for suppliers linked to RMS coverage expansion or revenue or new product offerings.

KPI Improvement &  identifying new opportunities  :

  • In BAU operations, review KPIs with Data Analysts and drive conversations with Suppliers for KPI improvements wherever needed.
  • Identify additional data opportunities with existing suppliers and work with DA Strategy to get this materialized.

Project management support :

  • Support PMs (from CSE or EDD) on project timelines , alignments and help drive any required supplier conversations
  • Should manage small proje/ medium onboarding projects independently without the need to be supervised. (eg. individual stores/ small localized chains)

In market stakeholder management

  • Be a SPOC for local market leadership for Edata Delivery. Provide progress updates to local (in Market) stakeholders

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or technical institute degree/certificate or equivalent work experience
  • 2 + years of relevant professional work experience
  • Understanding of Nielsen connect operations / Similar experience
  • Technology exposure , tech savvy .
  • Excellent communication skills. Good negotiations skills desired.
  • Ability and understanding of various data and file formats.
  • Ability to interpret different data structures and mapping
  • Fluency in English and local language .
  • Strong technical knowledge and business interpretation of data
  • General Systems understanding from ETL point of view 
  • Fluent English Language skills , local market language (if required by Markets)

Desired Skills:

  • IT/Tech presales / sales experience desired
  • LSS GB Certified, Management education
  • 2 yrs in ETL  implementation using, SQL or other tools desired
