About the job


Be a Small/Medium size Client Delivery SPOC with full autonomy. Develop presentations and analysis looking to deliver actionable insights and recommendations in accordance with Clients strategy/goals.

Responsibilities

"- Be clients SPOC (key person for the client in terms of delivery, responsible for the governance and client satisfaction)

- Develop analysis according to client's briefing, using SCQA, looking for business opportunities

- Present contents at Client forums

- Partner with Development SPOC in order to act on Client Contract, CEM, Commercial processes activities as One Nielsen team

- Know the client's background (know their categories, brands, performance, etc.)

- Performs ""on-site"" on the client when needed

- Knowledge of Nielsen Practice Areas services, and its usage/aplication for Clients

- Participate in Thought Leadership if required

- Mastering Nielsen tools (ex: Sales Force, Answers, Interface to Office and Case)

- Be able to manage medium/high complexity operational processes (Category review, coverage study process, methodological impacts)

- Contributes for the development of interns and Jr executives by guiding them on presentation preparation

- Anticipate potential risks regarding the account and signalize to associate manager/manager with potential solutions

- Identify leads

Qualifications

·       Education:  Graduated. The following courses are a referential, but all others could be considered - Marketing, Advertising, International Relations, Economics, Engineering (all), Social Sciences, Business Administration, Accounting, Public Relations, Journalism

·       Experience: 2-3 years of business experience in related areas (research, FMCG industry, Trade marketing, demand & planning; marketing)

·       Knowledge: Presentation skills, regular macroeconomics understand, analytical thinking, negotiation skills , knowledge of FMCG, Nielsen Operational processes (internal resources)

·       Tools/Sistems for presentations and data manipulation, such as Powerpoint, excel, google tools, etc. Nielsen tools is a differential

·       Language Skills: Fluent English, Spanish (differential)"
