Job Description

Retail Services - It is the area responsible for the strategic leadership of the sale, generating trust with the client through the knowledge of their needs and the construction of a solid relationship that generates value.

- Bringing the Company the revenue through understanding the needs of customers and the decision-making process.
- Execution of the plan designated for the accounts.
- She/He is the owner of the relationship with customers, leads the account, in coordination with the other Analytics and Client Response teams to provide a quality service.
- Respond for the management of complex clients.
- Responsible for the sales budget assigned to the team.
- Handles the end to end of the sale (closing, contracts, purchase orders, etc.).
- Responsible for the creation and update of the pipeline (Salesforce).
- Monitoring of your team's indicators.
- Defines, executes and tracks the customer's account plan.
- Accompaniment 80% of the time in the client.
- She/He is responsible for defining objectives, accompanying and developing his team in charge (commercial acuity).

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree, Desirable MBA.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in mass consumption, consulting companies, Retailers, in areas where they have had a sales budget, with a large contribution in the Company.
- Experience in team leadership, and influencing other teams.
- Knowledge Nielsen Portfolio Services.
- Advanced level of English.
